Q: I had purchased this ergonomic mouse and it doesn’t work anymore.
A: Dear customer, To address the problem you're experiencing with the mouse, please consider the following steps:
1. Charging Method Check: Are you using a wall charger? Please try another USB-A to C cable with wall charger for 2-3 hrs if possible.
(Not recommended charging from a computer's USB port or a hub, as the mouse will not charge while the computer is in sleep mode.)
Note: The included cable is for charging only (no data transfer)
Please plug the USB dongle directly into computer USB 2.0 port. (We do not recommend using a hub, as some hubs may have compatibility issues.)
3. Test on another device:

4. Factory reset (ensure full charge first):
Insert dongle → Turn mouse on → Hold Left + Right + Scroll Wheel for 3 seconds.
