Q: I had purchased this ergonomic mouse and it doesn’t work anymore.
A: Dear customer, To address the problem you're experiencing with the mouse, please consider the following steps:
1. Charging Check: Please use a wall charger and a USB-A to C charging cable. Full charging takes 2–3 hours. The red light turns off when fully charged.
Note: Mouse won't charge if computer is in sleep mode, and the included charging cable is for charging only (no data transfer).
2. Could you please share a photo or video (optional but helpful) showing your USB connection setup (USB Receiver, mouse, computer) for analysis?
3. Test on Another Device: Please try to plug the USB receiver directly into a USB port on a different computer (not recommend hubs), and keep over 2 inches away from USB drives/UHD monitors/routers.
4. Factory Reset (ensure full charge first):
Re-insert the USB dongle, turn on the mouse, then hold Left + Right + Scroll Wheel buttons for 3 seconds.
